Attention all Walgreens shoppers! As I witnessed yesterday morning, there is an issue with the Shotz All Natural energy drinks not printing their intended $5.00 Register Rewards; neither flavor worked for me this morning. Good news! For those who did not return their items, you have two options. One, you can check with your manager and see if they will issue you a $5.00 Walgreens gift card for your trouble; upon calling Walgreens customer service this morning, I was told managers should be obliged to do so, and to call their customer service number at, 1-800-WALGREENS (1-800-925-4733), if they will not. Your other option, is to directly email Catalina Customer service here, and request your Register Reward by mail; you must have your receipt in order to use this option as you will be asked for your store number, transaction number, and amount tendered! I have had similar issues in the past, and always received my reward within 10-14 business days! I empathize with you all, that like myself, purchased this product and anticipated Register Reward to print that did not, and how this throws deal scenarios off, but if you can just write Catalina themselves, then all the better!
